  • Plan carriers, medical deductibles, copays and out-of-pocket maximums
  • Vision, dental and life insurance contributions
  • 70% Avnet/30% overall employee medical cost-sharing model
  • Focus on employee well-being, including Live Well Rewards
  • Enrollment required for FSA/HSA/commuter accounts

Enroll

Benefits open enrollment runs November 1–24, 2021, with your choices effective January 1, 2022. Click on the Plan Choices tab above for all the details and recorded presentations. Once you have made your choices, go to Workday to enroll. Don’t forget that FSA, HSA, and commuter accounts require re-enrollment each year.
