Live Well Rewards You have the opportunity to earn fun gift cards through our Live Well Rewards program. It’s easy to participate! Just choose and complete one or more of the activities listed below during 2024. Then, you can select from a wide variety of gift cards from our wellness partner, Rally. Live Well Rewards is voluntary and open to all U.S. employees enrolled in an Avnet medical plan. All activities must be completed and submit before December 31, 2024. Incentives can be redeemed through Rally within four weeks of activity completion. The personal information gathered from program participants is confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone at Avnet or used to deny medical coverage to any employee. Redeemed gift cards will be taxed through payroll on a quarterly basis. Employees who are not enrolled in an Avnet medical plan are eligible to create a Rally account to access wellness resources and participate in fitness challenges, but are not eligible for employer rewards.
