Aware - MINDFULNESS

The Aware program will pair you with a coach who will help you learn how to be more mindful and equip you with strategies to combat stress, minimize distractions and achieve balance of mind and body.

  • Meet with a specialist mindfulness coach for a total of six weekly sessions.
  • Initial session is 45 minutes followed by 15-20 minute sessions.
  • Five follow-up session are 15-20min.
  • Sessions are via telephone

LIFE COACHING

The path to success is not always clear. A life coach can help by guiding you through a thought-provoking process of reflection to maximize your potential.

  • Navigate life changes (moving, divorce, empty nest, etc.)
  • Develop a plan to reach your career goals
  • Tackle personal goals with the help of a coach
